While some providers only offer 'general' mediation skills, Meta-Mediation goes much further and focuses in particular on the specialist skills required to deal professionally with employee disputes and complaints.

Our practice is centered on employment related matters such as wrongful dismissal, organizational conflict, and collective bargaining. In addition, services relating to the design of dispute resolution systems are provided. Our service provides extensive experience and background in mediation, negotiations, and labour/employee relations.  The Senior Principal, Bernie Oldham, brings over thirty-four years of distinguished service at Toronto Hydro Corporation and in key positions as Director of Labour/Employee Relations, Human Resource Manager, Operations Manager, Safety and Line Supervisor that delivers well seasoned experience to your requirements in mediation. In addition, as Union President for nine years and an Executive within a leading public sector union, his skill sets add a unique dimension to mediations.
