Meta- Mediation Services Inc. provides the following services:
We offer mediation services regarding
employment related disputes. These disputes may arise during the
employment relationship or subsequent to termination of
employment.
Workplace Mediation Services: We provide workplace
mediation services to organizations. We will assist with resolving
conflict between employees, managers or executive leaders. In
addition, in workplaces represented by bargaining agents we will
mediate grievances between Employers and their Union arising from
Collective Agreements, prior to proceeding to Arbitration.
Mediation System Design: Meta-Mediation will assist
organizations in designing internal mediation processes. Allow our
experienced Mediators help you put internal procedures in place to
address workplace disputes arising between the various
organizational stakeholders.
Contract Negotiations: Meta-Mediation has skilled and
experienced negotiators that will mediate contract disputes.
Acting as a third party neutral, we are prepared to assist you and
your Union reach a collective agreement through a mediation
process prior to a strike or subsequent to a work disruption.
Facilitation: Meta-Mediation will facilitate joint problem
solving sessions to assist Employers and Employees reach the best
possible solutions relating to workplace issues.
